Return & Exchange Policy

At Wujood, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns
We do not offer monetary refunds on any order. All sales are final once the order is placed.

Size Exchanges
We understand that finding the right fit matters. If you receive an item with a sizing issue, we're happy to offer a size exchange under the following conditions:

• The exchange request must be made within 1 day of receiving your parcel.
• The item must be returned unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.

Custom Orders
Orders placed with a custom size or custom print/design are made specifically for you and are therefore final sale — no return or exchange will be accepted on these orders under any circumstances.

Delivery Charges
The customer is responsible for the delivery charges associated with a size exchange  this includes the cost of returning the item to us as well as the cost of shipping the replacement item back to the customer.

How to Request an Exchange
To initiate a size exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and details of the issue within 1 day of delivery. Our team will guide you through the process.
